Keep in mind when ordering that pricing is based on the quantity being ordered. The more you order the less per piece the cost will be.
If you think that you may need a few extra items, it is much cheaper to order them with your larger quantity not on a small re-order.

2. QUOTE – Let us know what you need and we will provide you with a quote.
3. ORDER – Once the Quote is approved and payment has been arranged we will start your order.
4. ART APPROVAL – Our art department will email you an art proof for your approval within 5 business days after your quote becomes an order.
5. PRODUCTION – After your art is approved we begin production on your order.
6. DELIVERY – Once production has completed your order you can pick up it up or we will ship it to you.

Yes. Spiral Graphics uses a completely secure shopping cart to process your order. We use industry standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol with a 256-bit encryption to ensure the highest level of protection. SSL technology takes your order and scrambles (encrypts) it to ensure that it cannot be read while being transferred. SSL uses a Digital Certificate to verify who we are and to encrypt and decipher your order so that only we can read it. We understand that you are concerned about the security of the information you transmit over the internet. We take all steps possible to ensure that your credit card and personal information is kept safe and secure.

All personal information submitted to spiralgraphics.com is fully protected and will NOT be sold or given to a third party. The only personal information we save is your name, address, phone number, e-mail, and order history. We do so in order to fulfill your orders, answer any customer services questions, maintain records, and enhance your shopping experience.

Also, your internet browser helps you recognize when you visit a secure page on our site. A small lock icon appears in your internet browser. This means the information on the page is protected and safe.

Spiral Graphics accepts all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express) as well as PayPal payments. Our site utilizes an SSL secure connection during the transaction so that your information is kept secure and private. We also accept checks and purchase orders from larger organizations with established PO systems. Please give us call if you will be paying with a check or will be providing a PO number for your order.

Our standard production time for screen printing is 7-10 business days plus 1-4 business days for UPS Ground shipping. Accounting for shipping you are looking at a minimum of 8 days and a maximum of 14 days depending on where you live. Of course you can still pickup after the order is done in the 7-10 day range. If you need your order faster, please call us at 866-750-0074 and we may be able to get your order to you sooner. We can do more of the same order for you. Keep in mind that the pricing is based on the quantity being ordered. Your price may go up or down depending on how many items you need.


We ship via UPS. It is usually $.50 – $1.00 per shirt to ship shirts to you. The cost is determined by the weight of the box and where it is being delivered to.


All items are made to order, for that reason items that have been decorated with a logo, name or number are not eligible for a return or exchange unless it is determined that your order is damaged or defective.

Non-decorated items in new condition can be returned for an exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt.
